KAY Leaders will be hosting this year’s event at the Hyatt Regency, 161 Sussex St, Sydney on Friday 24 August 2018 (6:30pm).

The Annual Korean Australian Young Professionals’ Symposium provides young aspiring leaders of the Korean Australian community an opportunity to engage in thought provoking discourse on a wide variety of contemporary issues that are especially pertinent to our community. It has also provided a chance for young Korean Australian professionals to meet and connect with distinguished leaders from different industries and sectors.

This year’s theme is a sequel to the topic of last year’s event: ‘Korean-Australian: Strength or Weakness?’ and we will be exploring the different ways to best leverage our multicultural identity as Korean Australians to become leaders of our respective communities.

We will be hearing from the following list of distinguished speakers who will share their insights and personal experiences on this year’s theme, reflecting on the role their multicultural identity played in their respective careers.

Mitzi Kim
Chief Operations Officer
Accenture (Australia and NZ)

Joseph Kim
Chief Executive Officer
BBRC Private Equity

Chris Danbi Choi
Principal Federal Prosecutor
Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions

The audience will have an opportunity to actively participate in the discussion during the Q&A session which will follow the keynote speeches and the panel discussion.

Your $60 entry fee includes a two-course meal and beverages. Tickets must be purchased prior to 20th of August, 2018.
